The first day of winter has come but cold temperatures are nothing new for us up here in the arctic. It has been below zero for the past month already. Some days, when the Siberian winds are blowing at 30-40 mph, the wind chill makes the temperature feel like it’s -50 degrees (Fahrenheit).

Anneliese loves dancing, especially when the hokey pokey song is playing. We have a Sesame Street DVD that plays the Hokey Pokey and she really gets into it sometimes. She is so adorable, I just had to share this.

It’s important to eat a healthy, balanced diet during pregnancy to ensure your unborn baby receives the relevant nutrients for growth.
